The Urban Agriculture & Food Systems Training Program is GrowGood’s job training program.
Our Job Training Program provides up to 300-hours of employment for individuals with high employment barriers, such as homelessness, justice-involvement, at-risk young adults, military status, and mental health disorders, to help them re-enter the workforce.
GrowGood provides a human-centric approach to employment, working with the individuals and their case managers to ensure successful employment while at GrowGood. The individuals are able to gain recent work experience, earn income for when they are placed in longer-term housing, and learn new skills.
